The 39-year-old Neftenbacher & Brewer Pino Rubolino doesn’t like to leave things to chance. The trained automotive engineer keeps a very precise record of every recipe, the brewing process and fermentation in his “HOPFENFISCH” brewery.
The small brewery produces numerous beers, with a lot of love and innovation. Pino and his wife also offer the opportunity to enjoy the beers on site (inquire about opening times).
With this varied selection, we can be pretty sure that you will like several of the beers you find in this months SWISS BEER ABO.
