How do I place an order?
1) Find the product(s) you want.
2) Add to your shopping cart.
Checkout will direct you a secure and easy way to pay. Once you have completed payment you will be redirected to our site and receive a order confirmation by email. We’ll update you via email with the status of your order.
How can I pay?
1. Major credit cards are accepted and processed via a secure payment system +3%.

Can I place an order for someone else as a gift?
Of course. During checkout you can select a different name and address for the deliveries. We suggest you print our gift certificate to complete the package.
Can I cancel/refund my order?
You can cancel/refund your order if the subscription has not begun. Once a subscription begins you cannot cancel the order. When you sign up for a longer membership you receive a significant discount. For other questions please contact us directly.
Are subscriptions automatically renewed?
No. We’re sure that you’ll love your subscription and renew your subscription. We’ll remind you when your subscription is ending but we will not automatically enroll you again.
What is the total cost?
The total cost is the cost of the subscription + shipping Fr. 10.00 for each shipment sent. Prices displayed on this site include MwSt.
Can I make payments instead of paying for the entire subscription at one time?
No. Multiple payments are not possible.
When do I receive my shipment?
You will usually receive your shipment by the 22nd of the month it is scheduled to deliver. Orders placed after the 15th of the current month will be shipped the next month. This time is so we can arrange the necessary quantity needed with the small breweries we work with.
The delivery months for seasonal shipments are: Jan, Apr, July, and Oct. We cannot be responsible for delays by weather or problems of Swiss Post.
What if I receive a broken package?
We make every effort to ensure that packages will arrive without damage; however, accidents happen. If you see damage on the package please do not accept delivery. If you’ve already taken delivery please contact us via our contact form so we can arrange to replace the broken item.
Packages Not Claimed & Vacation
In the case of vacation or extended absence you must advise us BEFORE the 10th of the month. Once shipped, the Abo for that month is complete.
The Swiss Post will attempt to deliver your package to the address provided. If you are unable to receive the package the Swiss Post will leave you a notice to pick up the package at the nearest location. If you do not pick up your package, and it is returned to us, then you have the option to have it shipped again for a fee of 25 Fr. or come and pick it up from us in Rapperswil, SG. If you choose not to have it shipped again (and pay the fee) the delivery for the month is considered complete and no credit will be given.
How old do I have to be to order the subscription?
You must be 18 years old.
Do you ship outside of Switzerland?
Sorry, not yet. If you’re interested please send us a note saying where you would like us to consider future shipping.
Can I request specific beers?
At this time, we will gladly take your requests into consideration but you will not be able to have specific beers in your subscription. That’s part of the excitement. We will be adding a beer shop in the future where you will be able to order additional beer you enjoyed.
