When will you get your shipment?

You will usually receive your craft beer shipment by the 10th of the month it is scheduled to deliver. Orders placed before the end of the current month will be shipped the next month. This lag time is needed so we can arrange the quantity needed with the small beer breweries we work with.
We cannot be responsible for shipping delays from weather or holidays.

What is the cost of shipping?

The cost of shipping is included in the displayed price of the product you order, unless otherwise noted.

Packages Not Claimed & Vacation

In the case of vacation, or extended absence, you must advise us BEFORE the 20th of the month before your next shipment. Once shipped, the Abo for that month is complete.

The delivery carrier will attempt to deliver your package to the address provided. If you are unable to receive the package then the carrier will leave you a notice of attempted delivery with additional instructions.

If you do not pick up your package, and it is returned to us, then you have the option to have it shipped again for a fee of 20 Fr. If you choose not to have it shipped again (and pay the fee) then the delivery for the month is considered complete and no credit will be given.

What if I receive a broken package?

We make every effort to ensure that packages will arrive without damage; however, accidents happen. If you see damage on the package please do not accept delivery. If you’ve already taken delivery please contact us via our contact form so we can arrange to replace the broken item.

Do you ship outside of Switzerland?

Sorry, not yet. If you’re interested please send us a note saying where you would like us to consider future shipping.

How do I place an order?

1) Find the product you want in our shop.
2) Add to your shopping cart.
3) Checkout.

Checkout will direct you a secure and easy way to pay. Once you have completed payment you will be redirected to our site and receive a order confirmation by email. We’ll update you via email with the status of your order.

How can I pay?

Major credit cards are accepted and processed via a secure payment system. Prices displayed on this site include tax in Swiss Francs.

Can I place an order for someone else as a gift?

Of course. During checkout you can select a different name and address for the deliveries. We suggest you print our gift certificate to complete the package.

Can I cancel/refund my order?

You can cancel/refund your order if the subscription has not begun (before the order deadline for the month you ordered). Once a subscription begins (after the order deadline) you cannot cancel the order. For other questions please contact us directly.

How old do I have to be to order the subscription?

You must be 18 years old.

Are orders automatically renewed?

No. We’re sure that you’ll love your subscription and renew your subscription. We’ll remind you when your subscription is ending but we will not automatically enroll you again.

Can I make payments instead of paying for the entire subscription at one time?

No. Multiple payments are not possible.

Can I request specific craft beers?

At this time, we will gladly take your requests into consideration but you will not be able to have specific beers or sytles in your subscription. That’s part of the excitement.
