March 2021-Darkwolf

Darkwolf´s beer differs from mass market brews, noticable from the very first sip. By consistently using quality raw materials, it´s Darkwolf´s mission bring more flavor into beer. Salome & Stephan brew speciality beers and always try new things.

The brew team and owners of this bespoke brewery aim to enrich the beer landscape in Switzerland by brewing authentic styles from all over the world. When brewing these international beer styles they always try to  stick to the original style as much as possible and deliberately break away from local customs.

After registering as Switzerland´s 600th brewery in 2014 this passion project grew step by step. In 2015 a professional microbrewery in the form of an AG was created and production has not stopped since.
