October 2021 – Sudwerk

The two person Sudwerk team has been brewing small batches of great tasting beers since 2011. They use traditional English inspired methods + lots of love and first-class ingredients. They were one of the 1st craft breweries to be found in Coop.

For each beer style there is a mixture of differently roasted English malt, different, fully matured, dried hop cones (no pellets) and suitable top-fermented yeast.

It’s truly a unique brewery in canton ZH with a very kind hearted team. We recommend you drop by their direct sales for a beer and a 6-pack to go.
