Haarige Kuh Brauerei (The Hairy Cow Brewing Co.) is an independently owned and operated craft brewery located in Interlaken, Switzerland. Inspired by the craft beer scene in the US and UK and a passion for beer, the brewery was founded in 2015. The Hairy Cow crew produce a wide range of beers from IPA’s to Sours, focusing on making the best beer for their customers (and for themselves) and most importantly, with a focus on quality and drinkability.
All beers are unfiltered & unpasturised, thus maximising the flavours, aromas and texture.

This Pale Ale is loaded with Citra hops. It´s perfectly refreshing, light & bursting with tropical flavour.

5.8 % Alc.Vol Dark in appearance, subtle roasted and chocolate flavours, medium bodied with citrus, pine and spicy notes. Dry hopped with Simcoe & Chinook.

4.8 % Alc.Vol This Kettle Sour is crisp and tart. Fermented with raspberries, resulting in a massively refreshing and drinkable beer.

This is a hoppy Amber, medium bodied brew, with a caramel malt sweetness. Dry hopped with Cascade.
