Brewery
7Peaks Brasserie brews craft beer in Morgins since 2014. The adventure started on Corinne and Robby Collins’ initiative. Robby is from Kansas (USA), and he met his wife Corinne in Switzerland and never looked back. Both left the hustle and bustle of large multinationals to focus in on making a high quality product in the Swiss Alps. Sitting at more than 1300m high, the brewery is surrounded by one of the most beautiful mountain ranges in Valais, the Dents du Midi. Each of their regularly available beers carries a name of one of the summits of the Dents du Midi. Limited editions are also available, depending on the season and the spirit of our brewer.
8 years later, their objective is unchanged: to share their love for the mountains by providing the best mountain thirst quencher!

Mang’Oz – Mango Fruited Gose 4.5%
This Fruited Gose with mango purée is another novelty. A warm, round beer with no bitterness and very slight saltiness.
Pin-Hop – NEIPA 6.0%
This New England IPA (NEIPA) is a cloudy blonde with a strong hop character, brewed by the women of 7Peaks Brewery… A real treat for the taste buds!
Bootlager – Pre-Prohibition Lager 5.0%
The first lager-style beer brewed by 7Peaks. A light, easy-to-drink new creation.
Basil Hic – Pale Ale Citra Basilic 4.7 %
Get a big dose of freshness with this beer brewed with Citra hops (with lemony notes) and infused with fresh basil. No bitterness, and fresh notes of cut herbs and lemon. The perfect match for a sunny spring! And what’s more, it’s got a new design.
Dent Jaune – BIO Pale Ale Insp Kölsh – 4.2%
Dent Jaune is a certified organic Kölsch-inspired Pale Ale. With a universe marked by notes of grain, hay and honey, Dent Jaune is soft, light and refreshing. A beer accessible to all, and certified organic since October 2022. Enjoy!
Eperon – American Pale Ale 4.5 %
